POLICIES

 

Arrival Time: Check in time for our Inn is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.  Check in after 7 p.m. is possible for reservations.  Please contact us for details.

Parking: We have private off-street parking to accommodate all guests.

Departure Time: Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check out is available at a rate of $25 for every hour past 11:00 a.m. You are welcome to leave your car in our parking lot if you would like to spend some additional time walking around town after check out.

Minimum Night Stays: We do require multi-night stays during certain times of the year.

Rates: Rates are for single or double occupancy.  All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates also are subject to the 13% Idaho State Room Tax.

Occupancy: We allow a maximum of 2 people per room.

Children: Children over the age of 13 are welcome provided that they are able to stay in the room with the adult.

Pets: We love pets, but they would likely be more at home at a different Inn as our rooms aren’t equipped to be pet friendly.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking Inn. Smoking at the Inn could result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Payment Method: We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Excessive Noise: Each guest must be respectful of other guests.  Boise Hillside Suites is a romantic Inn and has a strict policy on excessive noise.  Should you make too much noise and other guests complain, you will be given one warning.  If the noise does not subside then you will be asked to leave with no refunds given.

Reservation Policy: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate on stays of two or more nights, and 100% on one night stays. You may use a credit card to secure your room.

Incidentals:  Should we find anything wrong with the rooms whether it be excessive messiness or items that are broken, Boise Hillside Suites reserves the right the charge an additional amount to be determined based on damage or additional cleaning fees we may incur.  Please be respectful since this is not only an Inn, but our home.

Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $25 service charge per room, provided that you give more than two weeks notice. Within two weeks, and up to 72 hours before your arrival date (regardless of when you booked), you will lose your deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date (regardless of when you booked), you will be charged for the entire stay. Early departures are regarded as cancellations and will be charged for the entire stay. Please note that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital part of managing our inn.

Safety: Our Inn is equipped with ample lighting, fire extinguishers, and fire alarms in each room.
